All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping prices are calculated on checkout. Some items include free shipping. Free shipping items are sent via standard Australia post and do not include tracking.
Domestic (Australian) Orders:
Unless stated otherwise, printed orders that include a shipping cost are sent via a tracked form of standard post (e.g. Australia Post parcel post, or registered mail), depending on their size and weight. Australia Post generally take 5-7 working days to deliver items anywhere in Australia. We are bound by Australia Post's terms and conditions, so an allowance for unseen delays should also be made. Australia Post do not offer us any guarantees so we cannot pass any on to you.
As stated above, free shipping items are sent via standard post and do not have tracking.
We want you to get your order and be happy with it so for international customers we ask you to order early enough for your package to reach your destination. We would hate for you to be disappointed if your order doesn't make it to you in time.
For destinations outside of Australia delivery takes approximately 7-15 business/working days (Mon-Fri) after the day of postage. Note that these times are ESTIMATES ONLY by Australia Post. Times may vary depending on the country in which you are located, and the postal policies and procedures in place there at the time. Please make sure that you allow enough time in your planning for any unexpected delays outside of our control due for things like country specific problems, weather events, international transit or customs processing delays, or other unexpected shipping delays that we just cannot control.
We will post your item as promptly as possible and within the timeframes that we state, but we have no influence on delivery times once your order is dispatched. That means you cannot hold us responsible if an item ordered without sufficient time allowed for unexpected events not arrive on time. Nor can we be held responsible for things like customs delays or charges. We only estimate what our postal service tells us.

Our products are made-to-order and personalised for you and if your order doesn't arrive in time at no fault of our own, there are real costs to us in time and materials designing, personalizing, preparing, producing and dispatching orders that we cannot recover. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if your item does not make it to you in time. If you are concerned about delivery times, just ask us before you buy.
International Customs, duties and charges:
Whenever purchasing on the Internet from another country you might be subject to taxes or charges when purchasing items, depending on the customs threshold and rules set by the government of your country.
Some countries like the UK and NZ apply additional charges to receive packages so if you are ordering from outside of Australia please check to see if customs charges would apply on your order and factor that in to your allowances for timing and budget.
The shipping charges you pay us do not include any customs charges.
If applicable, you will pay customs charges directly to your government on collection of your order from your postal service. We do not contribute towards those costs or give you advice on the thresholds or what the amounts you need to pay might be.
When additional customs fees apply in your country, this is the sole responsibility of you, the purchaser.
